Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Competitive Youth Soccer Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing young athletes’ soccer skills, fostering teamwork, and instilling a love for the game in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to the team’s needs and skill levels.
  •  Develop and implement game strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and evaluate players’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure a positive, safe, and competitive environment for all players.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff and club management to align training with the club’s philosophy and objectives.
  • Attend all team games, tournaments, and events, providing leadership and guidance during competitions.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club officials.
  • Adhere to all club policies and guidelines, including those related to ethics and conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a soccer coach, preferably in youth competitive leagues.
  • Strong understanding of soccer techniques, tactics, and rules.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
  • A valid coaching certification (e.gUSSF, NSCAA) is preferred.
  • First Aid and CPR certification. 
  • A background check is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in coaching.
