Job Description
We are a Lake Wylie, South Carolina-based youth soccer club seeking passionate and experienced Soccer Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in sports coaching, particularly in soccer, and a strong ability to work with kids between the ages of 8-16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging soccer training sessions
- Teach fundamental soccer skills and techniques
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance
- Plan and organize team practices and game strategies
- Monitor and assess player progress and skill development
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude among players
Skills
- Experience working with kids in a coaching capacity
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to manage player behavior effectively
- Background in sports coaching, preferably in soccer
- Ability to educate and motivate players to reach their full potential
Miscellaneous
- Based on soccer coaching experience
- Some travel is required
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to Commute
