Northern Soccer Club are seeking a passionate and dedicated competitive Soccer Coach. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and a strong background in coaching soccer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions for soccer players
- Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and tactics
- Provide guidance and mentorship to players on and off the field
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Organize and oversee team practices, games, and tournaments
- Execute and reflect on coaching sessions for assigned clinics, camps, and teams.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and games
Experience
- Previous soccer playing experience at the club, college or pro level
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in soccer
- Knowledge of child development principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- USSF or UEFA licensing
- At least 2 years of experience coaching youth soccer
- Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required by practice schedules and games
