As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Soccer Sales Representative to manage Retail and Club sales on the East Coast.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales professional with a strong background in soccer retail, team sales, or sporting goods. The East Coast Soccer Sales Representative will be responsible for growing CHARLY’s presence across the region by securing new retail partnerships, managing club and academy sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Retail Sales & Account Management:
- Develop and grow relationships with key sporting goods retailers, soccer specialty stores, and online retailers on the East Coast.
- Drive sell-in and sell-through strategies with retail partners (e.g., Dick’s Sporting Goods, Soccer.com, specialty soccer shops).
- Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and marketing execution at retail locations.
✅ Club & Academy Sales:
- Secure partnerships with youth clubs, academies, high schools, and amateur teams for uniforms, equipment, and apparel.
- Present teamwear and uniform solutions to club decision-makers, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Work closely with clubs to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of products.
✅ Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify new sales opportunities within independent soccer retailers, e-commerce platforms, and non-traditional retail channels.
- Stay up-to-date on soccer market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies with company goals.
✅ Travel & Field Presence:
- Attend club meetings, trade shows, tournaments, and soccer events to promote the brand.
- Conduct in-person sales visits with retail accounts and club administrators.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in Sales, or sporting goods industry (required).
- Soccer Knowledge: Strong understanding of the soccer market, retail landscape, club/academy structures, and uniform sales cycle.
- Existing Network: Established relationships with sporting goods retailers, team dealers, or soccer clubs on the East Coast is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and grow accounts.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly within the East Coast region.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
