Head Coach

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our team. As the coach you will be responsible for leading and managing, providing guidance and instruction to athletes, and ensuring the overall success of our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes.

Availability

• April 10 – May 29
• Every Wednesday for 2 hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a positive practice environment
• Provide coaching and instruction during practices and competitions
• Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of athlete participation, performance, and achievements

Experience

• Previous experience in coaching in soccer
• Strong knowledge of <Soccer> rules, techniques, and strategies
• Ability to educate and mentor athletes of all skill levels
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with children or students in a coaching or mentoring capacity
• Safe sports or CPR certification is a plus
