Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Female Soccer Coach to spearhead our all-girls soccer program. This exciting role involves not just coaching but also strategic program development alongside our CEO. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in launching and expanding our girls’ soccer program in Glendale, with the vision of extending into Burbank and Pasadena. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of girls’ soccer in Southern California, making high-quality coaching accessible to every aspiring young female athlete.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and high-quality soccer coaching sessions for girls, with an emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.Work closely with the CEO to design, implement, and scale the girls’ soccer program across Southern California.

Collaborate on program development tasks, including curriculum design, scheduling, and participant recruitment.

Lead and coordinate additional soccer-related activities, such as camps, leagues, and private clinics, across various locations.Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Serve as a positive role model and mentor for program participants, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
