We are looking for a self-motivated part-time Office Assistant to support our year round youth soccer programs in Marin County. The successful candidate for this role should possess the following knowledge and skill set;
Skills

- Improving administrative processes and organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Tasks
- Coordinate Scheduling
- Check and respond to emails throughout the day, including (at times) on weekends
- Answer office phone, check voicemails, and return calls
- Create staffing spreadsheets, class/team lists, coach training info, and other paperwork for each session/season.
- Coordinate fields and gym contracts, rental applications, etc.
- Manage and improve the organization of our systems (Google docs, calendar systems, creating more structure with scheduling, etc.)
- Field support – welcome players and parents at check-in, assist with on site registration and summer lunch orders. Fall, Winter, Spring – some weekday afternoon and Saturday help, mostly for the first week or two of each season.
- Work closely with GM to assist managing our business, including writing and responding to emails, staffing communication, inventory, equipment orders, etc.
- Work closely with Assistant GM on marketing (emails, social media, etc.)
