Phoenix Rising Desert Foothills (PRFC Desert Foothills) is hiring 4 accomplished soccer coaches to join our part-time coaching team! If you’re passionate about developing young players and want to be part of an elite soccer environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Competitive Pay Based on Experience & License Level
- A License: $75 per hour
- D License: $50 per hour

Who We’re Looking For
- · Authorized to work in the USA
- · Passion for player development and teamwork
- · Living within 30 miles of Cave Creek, Arizona.
Qualifications
- · Holds a coaching license (preferred)
- · Experience coaching 4v4, 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11 game formats
- · Playing experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement training programs for youth soccer players to enhance their skills and teamwork.
- Conduct practice sessions, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical fitness.
- Assess player performance and provide written and verbal feedback to foster improvement.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment during training and matches.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss player progress and goals.
- Stay updated on coaching techniques and youth sports regulations.
Hiring Process
- Step 1: Express your interest by applying.
Step 2: Participate in a brief call with the Club Director.
- Step 3: Candidates will be invited to a Practical Coaching event on March 31st.
- Step 4: On March 31st candidates will lead two 20-minute coaching sessions with youth players. Topics will be provided in advance by the Director of Coaching.
- Step 5: Successful candidates will be invited for a final interview on April 1 or April 2 to finalize coaching assignments and contract terms.
