90 Plus Soccer is a soccer technology-infused training and event provider for players of all ages. Strategically located in Sacramento we serve the Northern California region with a variety of services from small group trainings and mini camps to public events. Our devices bring the play back to soccer by making sessions engaging and effective with a fully immersive experience. We practice our core beliefs of respect, discipline, humility, and courage on a daily basis – enabling each other to grow on and off the field. Qualifications
- Soccer coaching or playing background with a passion for the sport.
- Excellent communication skills, and able to connect with others.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to change.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Technologically savvy and a quick learner.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and professional demeanor.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Stand for long periods of time (approx. 4 hours).
- Flexibility to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed with travel throughout the Sacramento region and the Bay Area.
- Strong work ethic with a can-do mentality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly primary point of contact for all players, parents, and general event participants.
- Facilitate the completion of registration forms and liability waivers in an efficient and stress free manner.
- Facilitate training sessions for players or facilitate the completion of training activities at events in a fast and personal manner.
- Provide coachable feedback to players, uplift them, and create a fun and positive environment for all participants.
- Physically set-up and break down all training devices, equipment, and set-up the technology in preparation for every session and event.
- Assist in the development of age appropriate training sessions.
- Provide feedback to management to improve the operations and participant experience.
- Learn company mission, information on devices, and answer any questions from prospective customers and participants.
- Your goal will be to support the players and parents to have a great experience and create a lasting positive memory.
