Job Description

This is a part-time role for an Academy Coach at Oasis Futsal Academy located primarily in Kendall, FL. We are looking for additional Coaches to join our Futsal Summer Camp team!

The Academy Coach will be responsible for conducting on-site training sessions, developing session plans, organizing skill-building activities, and providing feedback to players. The Academy Coach will also be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and selection of players, as well as maintaining a safe and positive training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and training youth soccer players
• Knowledge of futsal and its rules and strategies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well with children and create a positive learning environment
• Certifications in coaching and/or relevant sports disciplines (optional)
• Experience in player evaluation and scouting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work in the mornings from 8am-1pm
• Experience in organizing and coordinating soccer events and tournaments
  Job Types: Part-time, Internship
• Soccer/Futsal Coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
