ProStrikers is a premier sports facility located in Sacramento CA, due to our latest expansion we are seeking a passionate and a qualified Soccer coach to join our team! If you have a love for the beautiful game, a proven ability to develop young players, and a commitment to creating a positive and inspiring environment, we want to hear from you!

Overview

The ideal candidate’s primary focus will be on developing players’ technical skills, tactical awareness, and overall love for the game.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions that are both challenging and engaging.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for players.
• Instruct players on proper technique and tactics.
• Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential.
• Track player progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience coaching soccer.
• Strong knowledge of soccer tactics and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• A passion for soccer and player development.
• Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
