Jackson Hole Youth Soccer is dedicated to providing all community youths with a high-quality soccer education and the opportunity to participate in the sport they love. Our mission is to instill life-long skills through soccer that can be applied both on and off the field. Located in Jackson, WY, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment for youth athletes to develop their soccer abilities.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Head Soccer Coach at Jackson Hole Youth Soccer. The Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for leading and organizing soccer practices (2x a week), developing training plans, coaching weekend games and tournaments, and providing guidance and mentorship to youth athletes. The coach will also be responsible for fostering a positive team culture and ensuring a safe and enjoyable soccer experience for all players.

The season runs from Mid-August through October. Pay is based on sessions not hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for soccer and youth development
• Ability to effectively plan and deliver training sessions
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of players and parents
• Prior coaching experience preferred but not necessary
• We will help you obtain any relevant certifications or licenses
• We also coordinate practice schedules, and weekend games/tournament schedules
