Job Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced soccer coaches to join our elite coaching team at Nomads Soccer Club. As a staff coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing young talent and upholding the club’s standards of excellence, in line with MLS Next league standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions that foster skill development and teamwork.
• Implement the club’s coaching philosophy and curriculum.
• Mentor and guide players in their soccer development and personal growth.
• Participate in coaching meetings and continuous professional development.
• Represent the club in competitions, showcases, and tournaments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching youth soccer at a competitive level.
• USSF license or equivalent certification (Required).
• Ability to commute or relocate to San Diego, CA (Required).
• A strong commitment to professional development and excellence in coaching.
• Willingness to travel for matches and tournaments (25% travel preferred).
