Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Referee to officiate coed soccer games throughout the Los Angeles area (Hollywood, valley, West LA) ensuring fair play and adherence to rules. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and excellent conflict management skills as well as know the game of soccer.

Responsibilities

• Officiate soccer games, enforcing rules and regulations to maintain fair play
• Manage conflicts and disputes between players effectively
• Communicate game rules clearly to players
• Ensure the safety of all participants during games

Qualifications

• Proficiency in officiating soccer games
• Strong conflict management abilities
• Experience working with people in a sports setting
• Excellent communication skills to interact with players
• Background in sports coaching is a plus
