The Sports Facility Member – Support Staff position, available as either part-time or full-time, primarily focuses on providing outstanding customer service, maintaining product quality, and driving sales. This role is pivotal in establishing the groundwork for a future nationwide and North American brand expansion. The job operates within an enjoyable and purpose-driven sports and recreation environment, necessitating a flexible schedule that includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a consistent ability to deliver an excellent customer experience, ensuring that all interactions are engaging, informative, and friendly.
- Possess comprehensive understanding of all products available at Le Five, including detailed knowledge of the various product lines.
- Strictly adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and safe environment for everyone.
- Follow meticulously the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain the facility’s hygiene and appearance.
- Skillfully operate the Point of Sale system (cash register), ensuring efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash, debit, and credit card transactions to ensure financial integrity.
- Actively promote and sell Le Five’s products, such as leagues, tournaments, training programs, etc., to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Qualifications
- Some prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Should possess a positive, friendly demeanor and a passion for delivering the best possible experience to customers.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old, primarily due to alcohol service regulations.
- Simply be yourself, showcasing your unique personality and strengths.
- Willingness and ability to handle a variety of tasks, demonstrating flexibility in various situations.A love for sports is crucial, as it aligns with the core theme of the facility.
