Youth Club Soccer Coach

Hires would need knowledge, and passion for the game of soccer. Experience with soccer coaching is a must.

We are looking for coaches to work with our North Shore based groups (U8-U15)

We are looking for :

• Communicative Coach who is available Tuesdays and Thursday evenings in the North Shore from late August-mid November ( availability to do in person shadowing prior to being onboarded is preferred).
• Availability on Sundays to assist in matches is a plus for support coaches and a must for those looking to be Head Coaches.

We train in two different locations, Beverly/Manchester and Metro North/Winchester MA. Availability for M/W/F in the Winchester area is also a plus but availability to go to the North Shore is a must.

Sessions will be 90 min per day in the North Shore.

Please put Manchester MA/ Bevlery MA into your GPS and see if commuting to those locations for a 90 min evening (likely 6-7:30PM) session is doable for you prior to applying.

We are looking for passionate, positive, and energetic people to join our soccer coaching staff and help us develop the next generation of soccer players. We are not a results-based club; we are more focused on the process of developing good soccer players and people. We provide all our coaches with a coaching curriculum to follow that matches our club philosophy. We meet players where they are athletically, mentally and emotionally to help them develop into good humans not just good athletes. We would love for you to join our growing team!
