Youth Club Soccer Coach

We are looking for an experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and a strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with players of all ages. They will need to be an experienced player themselves and have handeled multiple travel teams as a coach before. The person will be responsible for developing practice plans, leading drills, and providing feedback to players on their performance. The successful candidate will also be expected to foster a positive team environment and promote good sportsmanship. A background check and online training on Safesport, concussion protocol and sudden cardiac arrest is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach and motivate players to reach their full potential.
• Develop and implement practice plans and drills.
• Provide instruction on proper techniques and tactics.
• Develop strategies for game situations.
• Monitor player performance and provide feedback.
• Organize team activities and events.
• Communicate with parents and guardians.

Work Week: Monday-Friday and some weekends for tournaments and events as scheduled.
