Arena Sports Youth League Managers create a fun and safe environment for soccer-loving kids to come together and play the game they love. They organize soccer leagues of varying skill and competition levels and form relationships with customers and outside organizations to provide our customers with the best indoor soccer experience in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement youth soccer leagues
- Supervise day-of operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and by email
- Build and foster relationships with customers and key organizations
- Assist with the hiring, training, and management of youth league referees
- Accurately process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms
- Fill in for team roles as needed (including customer service and referee)
- Work with all team members to meet and exceed program goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications
- Youth League Managers are team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers.
- Referee experience is preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
