The North Dallas Panthers Soccer Program is looking for a club administrative assistant. This opportunity is part of the club’s growth plan as our business has grown to the point of needing to add resources to help us with our administrative tasks. No soccer experience is required, this is purely administrative, clerical, registration paperwork, and receptionist-type work.
This opportunity will have a range of duties to start. You will be called upon to coordinate coaching and team scheduling. Input and adjust game schedules as needed. Complete team and player registrations. Place uniform and equipment orders. Full-fill merchandise orders. Build jerseys and club tee shirts. Handle the invoicing for the club and respond to new player inquiries. Training and support will be provided. The ideal candidate will be punctual, a great communicator, highly organized, and efficient. This candidate will work closely with the club owner to run daily operations.
This will be a part-time opportunity 2-3 days per week with the room to grow into a 4-5 day per week job as the club grows. This is an office-based job located in Richardson.

Qualifications
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette
- Previous administrative experience and office management skills
- Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Familiarity with calendar management
- Experience in event planning and project coordination would be beneficial
