Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies.
- Develop and implement practice drills and game strategies to enhance player performance.
- Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions.
- Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among players.
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games.
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and other coaching staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching soccer or working with youth sports teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with children and motivate them to achieve their full potential.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and maintain discipline during training sessions and games.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus.
