Club Overview
Bay Oaks is the competitive program within East Bay United Soccer Club. EBUSC promotes soccer as a healthy and enjoyable activity among children and young adults, regardless of race, color, religion, or belief, sexual orientation, economic advantage or disability.
Our mission is to develop players, coaches and people. Use soccer as a vector to create a community that promotes values such as effort, loyalty, integrity, character, and commitment. Coaches are the most important role at EBUSC.
You will play a critical role in developing the next generation of soccer players, growing their love of the game, enhancing their skills and tactical understanding, and demonstrating the core values of our club to youth players maturing into young adults.
We have openings for coaches who can work with both older and younger teams, providing age-appropriate training and mentorship.
