Buckingham United Soccer Club is growing and seeking passionate coaches to join our esteemed coaching staff. We are eager to welcome motivated individuals who are dedicated to their own growth as well as the development of our players.
As a coach at BUSC, your primary responsibility will be leading a minimum of two training sessions per week, scheduled either on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Additionally, you will attend games on the weekends, while also managing minimal team-related tasks that can be completed remotely with flexible hours. Rest assured, we provide paid coaching education sessions twice a month to support your professional development.
We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication, organizational, teaching, and supervisory skills. Effective and timely communication is crucial, as is the ability to collaborate harmoniously with other coaching staff members and club leadership. You will plan and execute engaging training sessions, implementing the BUSC DNA (Curriculum) both on the training ground and during games. Creating a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for our players will be paramount, as will the ability to reflect on coaching interactions and sessions, consistently striving for improvement.
The compensation package is commensurate with experience and licensing, reflecting our commitment to valuing your expertise and dedication.
