As a Soccer Coach at DMCV Sharks, you will play a pivotal role in the development of young talent both on and off the field.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and mentoring young soccer players, fostering their growth, and helping them reach their full potential.
- Designing and executing appropriate training sessions and drills that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Providing feedback and guidance to players to enhance their performance and understanding of the game.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages a love for soccer and lifelong friendships.
- Collaborating with other coaches, staff, and parents to create a supportive and vibrant soccer community.
- Contributing to the club’s overall goals of excellence in soccer development.
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching experience, especially in soccer.
- Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children development and helping them grow both as athletes and individuals.
- Coaching licenses are mandatory.
Expected hours: 3 – 40 per week
