We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and a strong background in soccer coaching.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions to enhance players’ skills and knowledge of the game ( 10 and 11 years old)
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment that fosters player development and teamwork
- Attend games, tournaments, and other team events to support players and provide coaching during competitions
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding schedules, expectations, and player progress
Experience
- Previous experience coaching soccer at various skill levels
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and staff
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Certification in coaching F license or more.
Skills
- Ability to educate players on soccer techniques and strategies
- Experience in behavior management for effective team dynamics
- Knowledge of physical education principles for optimal player development
