Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 2-8, with a focus on character development. We offer year-round soccer at public parks, elementary schools, and preschools. Our territory covers from Fontana to Beaumont (with the main hub out of Redlands). We’re a beloved franchise with territories in nearly every state in the U.S. + Canada, and we’re trending to serve a million children per year! We teach children character development (respect, confidence, determination, etc.), help instill positive self-esteem and provide high-quality, foundational soccer training that is aligned with early childhood education standards and prepares children for a lifetime of soccer and confidence. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.

Job Description

Soccer Shots Coaches must love kids and soccer! Our coaches are enthusiastic and bring energy to every session! They must have reliable transportation, experience working with children, and a great attitude! A soccer background is a plus. Individuals who have completed a minimum of 12 ECE units will have a leg up. Members of the Soccer Shots team must be excellent communicators – with children, with parents, and with each other! In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

Coaches must be committed, dependable, and responsible! Be at least 18 years of age. Have a FUN and likable personality – shy personalities need not apply! SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY!Position functions in an outside sports environment a good portion of the time which could have temperatures of extreme heat or cold, depending on time of year. Must be fine working in either.
Work requires ability to run, stop, stoop, bend (a physical, exercise type regimen) in a minimum of 40-minute increments per session. Position requires use of hands, arms, legs, and feet and may include lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion. Moderate gymnasium-like noises are associated with this position as well as excellent vision skills (with or without correction).
This position requires driving in and around the Greater Inland Empire East area. Will be required to drive to multiple sites to various schools and public park locations.
