We are a Youth Soccer Club (Barcelona Premier SC) in San Antonio, TX which offers year-round soccer programs to children ages 4 to 18. Practice locations: Northwest San Antonio.
We are currently expanding our operations and we’re looking for Coaches, Head Coaches & Branch Managers. (From $15/hour to $26/hour depending on qualifications).
If you want to be Assistant Coach or you want to learn coaching, apply too. We also have Soccer Coach School & we pay for learning!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR COACHES, HEAD COACHES & BRANCH MANAGER:
- Soccer coaching experience: MUST have at least 1 YEAR of soccer coaching. Soccer passion is a MUST. (Experience working with children will also be taken into consideration).
- 2. MUST have USSF Grassroots Coaching License. (If you do not have it, apply too! We help you to get it!)
- Responsible & Accountable: Arrive on time to each training session. Prepare sessions and deal with players and parents. The candidates must be able to handle a group of 15 to 20 children, perfect attendance and punctuality is a MUST.
- Availability: Evenings – Our trainings are performed Monday to Thursday from 6:30 pm to 9pm.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leadership and strong communication skills are required.
- Professional: neat in appearance, athletic, friendly and needs to be a GREAT communicator.
- Commitment: We are year-round so we will need at least 1 year of commitment.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about Soccer.
- Background check cleared — To be considered you must pass a Federal & State Background Check.
- Reliable Transportation is needed.
- Must have at least a work permit to work in the US, and live in or close to Northwest San Antonio.
- Soccer Coach: 1 year (Preferred)
- soccer player: 5 years (Preferred)
