We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to lead one of our youth teams. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with young players and committed to providing a positive and educational environment for player development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver an appropriate range of soccer training sessions.
- Focus on skill development, tactics, and game strategies.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all players.
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
- Organize and participate in matches and tournaments.
- Uphold the values and standards of the club at all times.
- Attend coaching meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a soccer coach or former player.
- Strong knowledge of soccer techniques and tactics.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to work with young athletes of various skill levels.
