Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for Youth Soccer Coaches located in Reno, NV. As a Youth Soccer Coach at Sierra Surf, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring young soccer players, conducting training sessions, developing practice plans, and facilitating player development. You will work closely with the coaching staff and parents to create a positive and supportive environment for young athletes to thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching youth soccer players
• Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, strategies, and rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with young athletes and helping them develop their skills
• USSF Grassroots license (required to obtain in the first 6 months)
• USSF D License or higher preferred.
