Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced soccer trainer to work with a competitive soccer team consisting of 2nd and 3rd graders. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practices twice a week, with each session lasting 1.5 hours. The team comprises 12 girls, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

The trainer’s main responsibilities include planning and running engaging and effective practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and strategy. It is important for the trainer to create a positive and inclusive environment where every player feels motivated and supported.

The specific dates and times for the practices are flexible and can be discussed based on the trainer’s availability. However, it is essential to maintain a consistent schedule of twice a week for 1.5 hours per session.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in soccer coaching, with experience working with young players. They should have excellent communication skills to teach and explain soccer techniques and tactics to the girls. Additionally, the trainer should be organized and prepared for each session, ensuring that the practices are engaging and tailored to the team’s needs.
